TileClenz Ultra is a radical super strength stripper formulation providing serious power for removing tough porcelain wax films, polish build-ups, epoxy coatings and heavy soiling. By carefully researching the most effective chemical compounds known to break down the structure of paints & coatings and blending them into a concentrated solution we have created a coatings stripper which works where other’s have failed.

Floor Coatings – Chemically breaks down floor coatings including waxes, acrylics, epoxy and some urethanes.
Porcelain wax – TileClenz Ultra provides radical removal power of tough factory applied wax coatings on porcelain tiles.
Burnished Floor Coatings – Ideal for removing burnished floor coatings which are particularly stubborn to remove from years of burnishing.
Heavy Soil Build Ups – Bursts through heavy soil build-ups with powerful penetrating and emulsifying action.
Low Odour Blend -Pleasant to use.
Rinses Freely – Rinses freely with water leaving the surface ready for the application of a new sealer.
Do not use or allow TileClenz Ultra to contact painted surfaces, non-ferrous metal surfaces (especially aluminium) and carpets. Safe on all man-made tile, natural stone products, grout and concrete at recommended dilutions.
HOW TO USE
TileClenz Ultra is corrosive and appropriate care should be exercised including the use of suitable protective gloves, goggles and protective clothing and warning signage. Read and understand the MSDS before use Always pre-test in an inconspicuous location for sensitivity to chemicals.
1. For stubborn coatings use undiluted, or mix 1:1 with water. For regular work, TileClenz Ultra can be diluted 1 part with 4 to 10 parts water.
2. Apply solution through a scrubber chemical feed system or with a mop and bucket.
3. Spread and agitate using a stripping floor maintenance pad and a slow speed rotary scrubber.
4. Allow 15-30 minutes dwell time and scrub again.
5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
